Family Holidays in the Summer
Children seize the opportunity to experience nature, whether it involves playing by a Tyrolean stream, an adventure in the woods, swimming in a lake, or feeding the ducks and squirrels at the Seefeld Wildsee.
A walk through the Geisterklamm,to the "bee-hotel", to the Peace Bell in Mösern or a day at the Spielpark Leutasch are only a few of the possibilities for the whole family which are available around the Seefeld area.
A little further away there are trips for children of all ages: Tratzberg Castle, for example, offers a special and imaginative children's guided tour; children as well as adults can learn more about the life of a miner in the Silver Mines in Schwaz; a visit to the Alpenzoo in Innsbruck, with its many local animals, or a visit to the miners' village are further family highlights.
The Seefeld Children's Club
Gizzis also offers child care, fun and games for all ages for children from
18 months to 12 years of age: e.g. breadmaking or magic, tree-house building
or firemen. The club can be reached in three minutes on foot from the hotel.
